This process is fully online now!  Have your Social Security cards, Birth Certificates, and any Income or Deduction information on hand to accurately fill this out!

Wait to Reach the Top of the Waiting List

When your application nears the top of the waiting list, we will contact you once we determine eligibility! 


Our Current Local Preferences are:

Annual Gross Household Income

Working, Elderly, or Disabled Family
U.S. Citizenship or Eligible Immigration Status.

Submit Proper Paper Work and wait for apartment availability.

As a Government Subsidized program, eligibility is based on income standards that are provided to us by HUD (The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development).  Unit size is determined by family composition based on provided standards as well!


Our waiting list times vary!  We do our best to get people housed, however availability is determined as people move out of our program in the unit size that you qualify for!
